This computer paper is made from the barks of Lokta plants that grow on the southern slope of Nepal's Himalayas between 9,000 and 13,000 feet. Lokta bush is not destroyed when harvested, it regrows new shoots that reach full maturity in five years.

Lokta paper has been produced using similar methods for centuries and that tradition continues today. This paper is acid-free and is regarded as one of the world's finest handmade papers.
