Our Yak wool blankets are meticulously handloomed by skilled artisans from the Kathmandu Valley. Made from the finest downy fibers harvested from Himalayan yaks, these blankets are incredibly light, warm, and soft to the touch. Yak wool is known for being softer and more durable than cashmere, and warmer than traditional wool.

We use only the finest, softest down layer from the yaks' wool coats, collected during the harsh winter months when the fibers are at their best. Designed to withstand the freezing temperatures of the Himalayas, our blankets offer the perfect blend of comfort and durability. Each blanket takes two days to create, utilizing centuries-old looming techniques that have been passed down through generations.
